$10.00, Palestine Emergency...
Million people are unemployed globally according to the International Labour Organization
Working population is involved in informal labor with no ownership of the tools they use
Or more increase in household income is possible when transport-related small businesses own vehicles rather than rent them
In urban and semi-urban areas, transportation services remain in high demand, yet many people are unable to take advantage of this opportunity simply because they cannot afford the means to provide these services.
Without access to transportation vehicles like E-rickshaws, many families are left with no reliable way to earn. Those who are physically capable of working are forced to walk miles in search of jobs each day, or settle for low-paying, temporary work that cannot sustain a household. Others may try to rent rickshaws from private owners, but high daily rental fees often eat away at whatever little profit they make.
Through this program, BGR identifies individuals who are ready and willing to work but simply lack the resources to get started. We provide them with an E-rickshaw so they can begin earning a daily income, support their families, and work towards a stable future.
